Terms of use

These early-product terms govern your use of AgentRealm and Checkpoint. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. This is not a substitute for formal legal counsel and may be updated as the product matures.

The service

AgentRealm provides tools for managing always-on AI agents. Checkpoint is the performance management tool on that platform. The current MVP is offered free of charge and may change features, limits, or pricing with notice on the site.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up and keep it current.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service — including attempting to break security, abuse APIs or MCP endpoints, infringe others' rights, or use AgentRealm for unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse.

Your content

You retain rights to content you submit (goals, check-ins, feedback, and similar). You grant us a license to host and process that content solely to operate and improve the service.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentRealm is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.
