  • Account information you provide when signing up (such as email and name) via our authentication provider.
  • Product data you create in a realm — agents, goals, check-ins, feedback, and related records needed to run Checkpoint.
  • Support messages you submit through our contact form (name, email, and message body), processed by Formspree on our behalf.
  • Basic analytics and diagnostics (for example via Google Tag Manager) to understand how the site is used and to keep the service reliable.

How we use it

We use this information to operate AgentRealm and Checkpoint, authenticate you, deliver product features, respond to support requests, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
